This website is operated by Saavy Agro Fresh Pvt. Ltd. (“Saavy”, “we”, “us”), with its registered office at Office 306-307, 3rd Floor, Business Hub, Karve Road, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra 411052. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
If you use the website on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Information, not an offer
The website describes our 20 litre packaged drinking water supply service, our franchise brands and our facilities. Everything on it is general information and is not a binding offer.
In particular, service features such as free doorstep delivery, free hot & cold dispensers for every 350 jars consumed a month, no jar deposit for consumption of up to one jar a day, delivery schedules, coverage areas and the figures quoted for companies served or jars supplied are indicative. They may change without notice, and they apply only as confirmed in a written quotation or supply agreement.
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that every detail is complete or current.
3. Enquiries & quotations
- Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, and we may decline any enquiry.
- Prices, quantities, delivery terms, deposits and dispenser arrangements are agreed only in our written quotation, order confirmation or supply agreement, which then governs the supply.
- Please give accurate details. Do not submit enquiries on behalf of someone else without their permission.
4. Certifications & quality claims
The certifications, licences and testing practices described on the website (including the ISI mark under IS 14543, FSSAI licence, ISO 22000:2018 certification and MPCB consent) are accurate to the best of our knowledge when published. Licence numbers, validity dates and copies are available on request through our certifications page.
Statements about testing and purification describe our own processes. They are not a guarantee of fitness for any particular medical or special dietary need.
5. Trademarks & content
- Our content: the Saavy name and logo, and the text, photographs, graphics and design of this website, belong to Saavy Agro Fresh Pvt. Ltd. or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
- Franchise brands: McDowell’s No.1, Royal Challenge and Signature, and their logos and label designs, are trademarks of their respective owner, United Spirits Ltd. We use them under our franchise arrangement. Nothing on this website gives you any right to use them.
- Client & partner logos: the names and logos of organisations we serve or work with belong to those organisations. They are shown only to identify them and do not mean they endorse this website.
6. Acceptable use
When using the website you must not:
- send false, abusive, automated or spam enquiries;
- pretend to be another person or organisation;
- try to access the admin area or any other non-public part of the website or its server, or test them for weaknesses, without our written permission;
- copy or scrape the website in bulk, or upload or send anything containing viruses or other harmful code;
- do anything that disrupts the website or breaks the law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We may block access from anyone who breaks these rules, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
7. Third-party services
Some features hand you over to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp (for the “Send it on WhatsApp instead” option on the quote form), and Google Fonts (which supplies the website’s typeface). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for how they operate.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The website is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on its content, including indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Our responsibilities for the water, jars, dispensers and services we supply are set out in your quotation or supply agreement, not in these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the website.
10. General
- Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated version.
- Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
